Hello all. I am sorry it has took me so long to reply back to a lot of friends. I just recently moved. I have/will be traveling more. I have got a new job. Changes seem to be a part of life. Stay strong!

Day 21...another day marked off with no lies...learning to take control of me and it feels good...my lady has been sick but yesterday she asked if we could have just a quiet night at her home....l even suggested bringing dinner, to which she agreed...and l bought one of her favorites which she appreciated. However FB notifications were buzzing(normally l turn them off)...and l woke up to one and a reminder she said it was going all night....nothing l needed to be concerned about as all the fb notices were there for her to see....but she said l snored and talked in my sleep so it kept her up....oops! She said it was incoherent but unlike me she is not a morning person. There are issues in this journey but there are also smiles....we are human...don't lose sight of that...count every small victory, every honest truth that you tell and the little lie that you didn't. Keep pounding (As l am typing this, she is next to me....snoring gotta love her!)

New week ahead. Remain committed. Heard someone say you cannot solve a problem with the same mind that created it. You have to change the way the mind thinks to resolve the issue.

Ready for another week of the truth and nothing but the truth, looking forward to meeting my therapist for the first session this coming weekend. Stay strong with the truth everyone.

Days 21 and 22...great morning all...pretty quiet weekend..no lies but conversations as to where we are going and wants our wants are...the what can you do for me/what can you offer me questions, my response - hope.
Wanting to see us down the road years from now with a foundation of truth and trust..all I can offer is me, while trying to better myself on a individual level...facing some hard truths and making tough decisions...again its not easy but worth it to me as well as for us... yet I cannot help having this feeling of doubt that this relationship may not end the way I envision...while that is not my desire, I have to realize the possibility of that happening and preparing should that happen...lies don't only affect your present it can can a devastating effect on your future...so while my mind set has changed and now willing to take on the damage that lies have created not only with my lady but with my LIFE, some things will take more times than than others not just trust from the outside, but trust on the inside...keep pounding

Day 15 and 16 were without lies. I was asked a couple hard questions, but I was honest which felt good. My husband did tell me that he doesn't believe me and still feels like he knows with certainty that I've cheated on him but I kept telling him I haven't. He feels like if I lie about the small things, then I will lie about the big things, that however is not how my mind works. I lie about the little things for fear of his anger and his terrible reaction to things with my job...in fact in the past two and a half years I have only lied to him to cover up stuff with my job, because he hates it and reacts so badly every time I have meetings, or have to be around people. I haven't lied or covered up the big things in two and a half years. I already had to face his anger and hatred over those things...don't want to ever again so I haven't lied about them. Just the stupid small things. But lying about the stupid small things make it impossible for him to believe anything I say. Such a vicious cycle. He is just adamant he will never believe me again....so where is there left to go? Ugh!

Without trust there cannot be a relationship. But remember, the wake of the boat is where it has been. The wake does not drive the boat. We are all here to embrace the truth and better ourselves. This will change who we have been because we will have to change the way you think and act to stop lying. Every day I just want to be a little bit better of a person then I was yesterday. I'll see where this gets me in a few years. HA!
