Good Morning All

Today, I am going to try to get caught up on things around the house, We have band practice at my house Tuesday night for Jammin for Jesus...its a outreach we do for the Bikers, that come in for Bikes, blues and BBQ.. We do contempary christian music for it. Our friends own a Harley shop here and thats where we play. We hope to reach people, that may never ever go to church, we usually have a large crowd.
Wednesday, I go in for my RFA on one side, I do hope they get me in quick for the other side as well.

hi everybody: my pain level is pretty high today around a six. I started Aqua therapy on Friday and my pain level went from 3/4 up to six. My psychologist thinks I should try to stick with it, but I canceled today. It just makes me crazy to cope with this high level of pain, even with the narcotic medication. I feel like a coward.

I've been asking for help but people who don't understand what real pain is just tell me I need to try harder to make my life better. I can't try harder and I'm really close to the edge. I'm in so much pain. I'm angry that this happened to me, I'm sad because my life has turned out this way. I keep thinking that I'll wake up one day and I'll be better, but thats never going to happen. Why can't anyone see that I'm shattering to pieces?

Puppy training update:
Training went good. He got to eat cheese and chicken hot dogs for treats. Found out we weren't spoiling him too bad, and we were pretty much right on with the potty training.

Anyway, of course we have homework, and he gets treats................who's getting the obedience training???

Good news,bad news. Well good news is the neck/head n shoulder pain is under control. The bad news is it is now in my l-hip n l-knee. so is this called machanical pain,nerve pain or what? I do have several ruptured discs, from cervical down to lumbar. Any suggestions out there? I'm currently on vicoden 2ce dly n neurotin. These help some. Still trying to find a good pain mngt. Dr.

How do I explain my pain to people so that they can understand what I'm going thru?

Ok it is night and I need a big hug as I just saw a big A$$ spider and cant fall asleep and I have the creepy crawlies and I dont know what the heck to do now.

I tried to suck it up with the vacuum but it got away and dont know if I should wake hubby to come and look for it but if I dont I will never fall asleep maybe I should go to a hotel for the night and then fog the house. Too much yea maybe.

This thing was big, bigger then a quarter and was just staring at me. I am so screwed. If I am not here tomorrow you will know it ate me

Manny, I had a huge spider in my house yesterday, too! Here's a tip that I came up with as a hairdresser. Use the strongest hold hairspray available and spray the crap out of it. He will end up so sticky that he slows down enough to call for backup! I used my Freeze and Shine from my salon and the sucker didn't stand a chance...then I yelled for my tenant to finish the job!

Cherry you never fail to crack me up, especially bout calling for "back up,lol", jeeshh, way to funny!!! Why not just take a shoe and clober it??? Thats what I'd do. Anyone ever see a fruit spider? They're common in Fl. 1st time I saw one I think I froze, it was "huge", talk about scarry! Hope you got that under control manny, know how frightening it can be. Main thing to be concerned about is whether or not it's poisnous(sp.) can't sp. this morn.
Other than arthritus pain I'm doing ok. Hope everyone else is feeling ok also.

Ok so I made it the night with the spider and I could not smash it as it was on a lamp shade and it is that sort of tissue paper stuff and it would break through and Cherry where were you last night as the hair spray would of worked LOL

Another day of the same exact thing sometimes I think I will go crazy with repentance. Hopefully I can mix it up a bit.

First things first I gotta find that spider and get my hair spray out and ready to get this thing, next step will be call billy the exterminator from that show on TV do you think he will come here from Louisiana?

Manny, I hope you're still here. I can't stand spiders either. Even worse are centipedes, I could feel my skin crawl when I see one of those.

I love this group, and I have such great friends.......you know who you are. All y'all just make my day.

I got a painter coming today and a new smartphone. I'm afraid it's gonna be smarter than me. I've had this one for over a year and I still don't know all it could do. The main thing is that I get all the DS stuff I'm watching delivered to my phone by e-mail, which is pretty cool.

Manny, I hate spiders also, they make my skin crawl (shudder). I would not have slept, with a spider close by.

Today, I am going to catch up on housework, did half yesterday and today will finish house. Tomrrow I go for RFA. I like a clean house and I figure, I might be to sore to do much for a few days afterwards.
We also have band practice tonight, we are playing a contempary christian music venue for the bikers that come in for bikes,blues and bbq. so after tonight I can rest after the procedure the rest of the week.
