Ok I live in Rochester Ny. I know the weather is very wierd here. I have lived here all my life. I just wish it would figure itself out. It went to warm two day to rainy for two or three days, now I woke up freezing this morning. My head is killing me and I can't deal with this weather. Ok I think I am just somewhat in a bad mood today. AGG. I sorry i remember why sorry guys but I have massive PMS. I forgot it was the end of the month. That is always when I have a crappy time. Errr. I am not fit for anyone's company. My knee is still has numbness cause the nerves are dead and may grow back. My knee cap is not in the right place and I was walking the other day and I think it slipped over to the middle. Well to say the least that hurt like hell. Quad exercises are doing anything put make my knee cap and knee hurt to high hell. and make my knee crack and pop. I would just rather it stayed in one place. Because when it decideds to travel. Ouch.

The sauce is done. Way too much like work, but worth it.

59 degrees and windy tomorrow for "Bark in the Park". I bet Rocco will love it. My neck???????????? (Lol)

First of all...huge hugs for you, Trooper! Let us kno what's going on, sweetie! I am familiar with that feeling that the edges of my world are starting to crumble. Actually...I'm feeling that, now.

I'm battling the same pain in my neck/shoulder and upper back, this morning. Add shooting nerve pain down my arm and into my hand and a messed up knee and there's a formula for depression.

And yes...I'm on an antidepressant....obviously a placebo!

Fell asleep in my recliner until about 3:30. Not doing too bad so far. We'll see what happens in the cold.

Rocco is helping me........chewing on my keyboard. I can't wait for him to grow up so I could say to him, "See what you did when you were a baby." (Lol)

Ahhhh Trooper, those grandkids are just beautiful, you are sooo blessed to have them. I'm a grandma also, 2xs and they are the light of my life let me tell you, but then again, I don't need to, you already knoe. lol
I'm suffering today also with bad neck/l-shoulder pain seems my whole body hurts just to move is a challenge. Don't know what happened overnight but this is the worst its been for awhile. Makes me wonder what it'll be like in another 10 yrs., now thats a scarry thought. Guess we have to be brave n endure. Thank God for this group and people like you who really do understand.

We played bikes,blues and bbq this weekend. It is a christian outreach. We saved over 900 people. It was a Blessing.
I have used all my spoons for the week doing this, but I will rest up and then the meds will work.
Bikes.blues and bbq is second biggest bike rally, in the states.

I wish everyone a good week and hopefully some pain relief.

I need to get my butt up and shower and do some things today. I took the weekend off except for some fun things and got to get back to work on the basics cooking and some cleaning or at least directing the kids on cleaning need some of the big things done that I cant do like wall washing.

Hope everyone had a good weekend, we have a bit of a break from the rain and looking forward to that fall weather and the color change and I want to get to a dang cider mill for some donuts.
