  i know i rant and rave about everything and i'm sorry but it needs to come out. Thank you all for putting up with my whining. I hate the snow. It hurts my body because of my condition and sometimes messes with my PTSD. So many things have happened while in the snowy season over the years. It's hard to get over things but i'm learning.   I'm sorry i don't get on here as much i've been doing pretty well handling things and learning and my meds help a lot. But this is just a rant so i can get everything out.   Im sorry i havnt been on i've had so much going on. But these last couple of days im not able to do anything except sleep. It's been wet and rainy and cold outside so my fibromyalgia is making me really dizzy so im not able to do much except lay down and when i do lay down i fall asleep then have nightmares.   This post is about PMS,womenly hormones, and how bipolar depression doesn't mix well at all....Sorry i made this so long i just had a lot on my mind.I've been going to my OBGYN for years now and been through many birth controls.   I'm not posting this because i want to brag. I'm posting because i'm proud and i want people to know that you can get through this. It does get better. Please keep going. You will have days where u will break down but that is ok as long as you pick yourself back up again. You are loved. It may seem like you're not but you really are.   I was baby sitting all day and i was totally fine and happy. After the baby left i slowly got depressed. I really don't know why i'm depressed. I dont feel like talking to anyone. It's not that something is wrong i just dont have any desire to speak.

  I need to be more confidant. I need to not let things stress me out so badly. I need to let go of things instead of keeping a grudge. I will talk to my therapist about these things i want to acomplish i just can't see her right now. Not because of me but because of her.   I had nightmares about him again. In the nightmare i was dating him again and he was doing the exact same things he used to. I felt every emotion i went through when i was with him. I woke up and realized i'm having these nightmares because tomorrow is his birthday. I've had sudden flashbacks all day today and it's just exhaused me mentally. I'll be fine. Honestly don't really wanna post this but it usually helps me feel better later on...

  I didn't log in yesterday but first off let me say i hope everyone is doing well and staying strong. I was doing alright yesterday. I was a little sore but nothing horrible until today. Working with my physical therapist is hard. The exercises are not hard it's the pain/soreness that comes afterwards. On top of that i had nightmares that i couldnt wake up from. I'll be fine i just needed to get it out. *sighs of relief* ok i'm better mentally now ☺️
