i know i rant and rave about everything and i'm sorry but it needs to come out. Thank you all for putting up with my whining.
I hate the snow. It hurts my body because of my condition and sometimes messes with my PTSD. So many things have happened while in the snowy season over the years. It's hard to get over things but i'm learning. I wish it didnt take this long to recover especially while dealing with everything else going on. It is so much stress but i'm trying and i will keep going. I can do this. I CAN DO THIS COME ON BRAIN.

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

First, I hope everyone is doing well, and continuing to fight that good fight! Keep up the great work on yourselves; I'm rooting for all of you!So, I started doing therapy at the beginning of the year, when I was in my most depressed state, but with my therapist, I made big changes and steps in the right direction. But, over a month ago, she couldn't take my insurance anymore, and I had to stop...
p.s. it is good if you write a lot - even if you are feeling low, ok?? just write it and let it out, then we can have that opportunity to hug you, bcause we like to hug you xxxx
So I'm not enthused about the snow season we're coming into, either. I've got 2 damaged disks in my back now, one down low like a lot of people, but the other one up high between my shoulder blades.
Lots of pain, but I threw out the hydrocodone my doctor gave me because I don't want to get addicted. There's a heroin epidemic in my town now with guys like me going from oxy and hydro to that when it runs out. Better to grit my teeth.
Ah, snow. You're not alone on that score, my friend. Much support to you.
