  My dad was diagnosed a little over a year ago. He's lost 50 pounds since he was diagnosed, and he's nothing but skin and bones. He's unable to eat and it is so unbelievably hard to see him in so much pain and get so tired and not feel well all the time. He's unable to work so my family is losing money.   Ever since I was little and my brother threw up in the car, I've had this terrible fear of throwing up. If someone even so much as coughs I go into a state of panic, thinking they might throw up. It's getting in the way of my learning and I have no idea what to do. I tried going to therapy where they tried exposure therapy but that didn't help at all. If anyone experiences this please contact me.

  I know it's unusual, but when I was little my brother threw up in the car and ever since then every time someone is about to throw up or feels lol they're going to throw up or IS throwing up I start having panic attacks and I can't stop. It's getting in the way of my learning and everything. At school I can't focus because if someone coughs I start panicking and wondering if he's gonna throw up.
