  Since my last post i been trying different ways of improving my life.years later I was hoping to be in a better headspace. Life has been just kicking me down.i feel so defeated I try and try. Between my job, kids ,and personal issues I have no one. My family is none existent not that they ever really been there.i have always been the one everyone turns to and im sad to say im just tired. I tried to turn cold but my heart wont let me.i dont know how nor do I care to learn.i dont know why I keep...

  I barely wanted to get out of bed i cried and just cried ...still crying my body feels weak from crying so much these past days my eyes burn and they are swollen more than normal i barely wana get up to use the bathroom not that im drinking enough water anyways....im terribly sad tears and just rolling down my face...idk why it feels like its getin worse my anxiety isnt helping either....i prayed and prayed i dont wana talk to my famuly they tell me its all in my head...the doctors want me to...

  Today i cried i couldnt bare to think about how bad my pains been lately metally and physically im just sad really sad lately and as much as im tryin to hide the pain the tears flow harder :(
