Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Seems like we all have our personal lows and you sound like you are in one big time. Reach out to your doctor if necessary...and yes it does go away remember that...(((hugs)))
I've held on here a lot, and I've been where you are too many times...
When you share its good to get replies, but helping and sharing with others - well, all good stuff! Right now I'm not doing good, but writing to you, not only occupies my mind, I can tell you the crying stops!
I actually had a doctor tell me one time, that hard crying, exhausted jag stuff only lasted "23 minutes" (I'm guessing here LOL I don't remember) the body and mind couldn't handle more - but that's bullshit when you're going through it. Crying is pain.
Pain is inevitably, suffering is optional - I hold to that and I type away. You figured that out and joined!!! Pain sucks, sorry your struggling but hold on.
Thank you for being here, letting me share (wordy I know LOL) I'm not suffering anymore, thank you for that too!
This is a good board... I'm glad that you're here..... xo
