A sad day

I barely wanted to get out of bed i cried and just cried ...still crying my body feels weak from crying so much these past days my eyes burn and they are swollen more than normal i barely wana get up to use the bathroom not that im drinking enough...

Today i cried i couldnt bare to think about how bad my pains been lately metally and physically im just sad really sad lately and as much as im tryin to hide the pain the tears flow harder :(

Breakdown after breakdown tears and sadness nothing is helping night terrors when i am able to sleep and insomnia most days thoughts keep me up crying keeps me up anger just a rollar coaster...i dont want to be judged just need to vent dont want to...
Another bad day

Today my anger has been uncontrollable and i cant get a grip on it then i cry because im so angry and im just at my witts end i barely sleep im frustrated for that as well :( im just tired i wana escape me ..........

After crying my eyes out for about an hour ...i still feel super down not only do i feel lonely which is ridiculous because i have my kids and my hub but i just feel alone...sad down alone angry cant shake these feelings and hurt inside i curl up...
Today is just not a great day.

Today was stressful just as the past few months God knows i hold alot on my shoulders but my sadness level is getting to its pressure point dont know how much more i can take....im sad in pain and i just dont want to talk i just want to be...

I love my waves of energy and all the things i know i want to do and i make all these plans and i feel like i can go on forever like that....then a few days pass and i feel like i crash like all my energy is completly gone and i cant even get out of...
