  It is so hard to live with my ex sometimes. A person that I spent eleven years with that wants to continue being friends but hardly acts like I'm around in the same house. Now I overheard him talking to someone about making plans to go to Washington DC for whatever reason. Now the anixety, anger, and panic is setting in with depression and I don't know how to calm down at the moment.   My ex and I still live together for now. Just until I find a place and get my mental health under control, a new job, get my depts paid off, and more on this laundry list of things that feels like a mountain.   There are two things in my life recently that I have been putting off for the past few months because "I just ain't feeling it"; My bathroom and my teeth.   Something this week I found has made me feel better about myself and the world that my mind tries to paint for me is motivation. Now, I'm not just talking about that motivation to get a checkboxed item off you major to-do list, but the motivation to just be in the day and accomplish at least on tiny thing. One of my coping skills is video games, but it can turn into a vice of secluding myself from the world for the whole day. That's not being in the day and could lead to feeling unaccomplished...

  This is a lot to spill onto a text box, but I will try to make it short as possible. I lost my grandparents and two people, who were friends of my family and could have possibly been potential step-dads if my mother would have chose to do so, in a window of 11 years starting in 2010. I thought I got all the grieving out I could but lately I find myself crying for all of them because I'm in a time right now that I could use their advice and support.   I'm not sure how many of you are dealing with this issue, but I know I have been really wanting to keep up to date with the recent news despite the fact that it can trigger my anxiety, and sometimes depression.   So long story short, after eleven years of being together, and being engaged for a large portion of the relationship, my fiance called it quits on me due to my mental health issues.   Depression has really changed me.
