  The last couple of weeks have been draining and exhausting. At the core of things, my insomnia has become worse as it has escalated to later times in the day. I sleep late, but now i am sleeping between 6-7am and i wake up late in the day. I figure it is because of my c-ptsd and my family environment. I am dragging through the day, hoping God will not let me die because it's amazing I haven't. I don't know if i sound cynical, but this is my truth.Can someone become used to it? Its consuming...
