You posted your feelings here. That's one right thing. Would I sound like a broken record if I said to give yourself time? Give yourself time. Leave the past in the past.
Today be kinder to yourself than you were yesterday.
they get undermined as you miss the person; but they're no less real. If you go back, you quickly remember why you broke up. It's like an addiction, like smoking. You just have to crush out that last packet and weather the storm because going back for one last ciggie just livens up the whole nightmare again.
Don't worry about what she's doing now, or who with. She's not with you, it's over, you may as well wish her every happiness and let go. She wasn't right for you, and it won't be long before you've got over the hump and are feeling fine again.
But it is awful going through it, and you question everything; which is great. It's good to go through periods of questioning everything. That's where wisdom comes from.
You just hang on in there. and as Robin says above: think only of the next thing you have to do. She is dead right.
Trust me. :)
