  I went on a date for the first time in years tonight. I think it went well but I'm nervous that she won't accept me for who I am and that's always my biggest fear. It felt weird to get out again but I enjoyed it.

  I work from home and I basically never go outside. I have no friends because of it but every time I think about going outside I'm scared because of past trauma. Now as I age I wish I could've had the life others had. Therapy starting tmrw and I hope it goes well.

  Growing up, I was in a religion that some have described as a cult, and also because I grew up in a small town, I was bullied by so many people for being different. Ever since then I've suffered from low self esteem and bad anxiety when it comes to interacting with people in general. I have a deep mistrust in everyone and it has made me angry and depressed. I'm just glad I have somewhere to express this all and I hope to start learning to interact with people again.

  I had a friend who committed suicide by OD and I still dream about her. It's been 7 years but I still feel like it's my fault, like I could've helped but I never knew she was struggling. Just wish no one had to feel this pain.

  This is a colmination of many of my biggest fears/problems. However I feel like anxiety is my biggest struggle. Growing up I was bullied enough times, for me to attempt suicide. Luckily my dad got me to the hospital on time. But ever since then, I have anxiety when it comes to communicating with anyone outside my family. I have a deep mistrust for everyone.
