  Hi, I recognize this is group has adult sufferers of PTSD. I am diagnosed with it. It has been a couple of decades at the minimum. I am parent to 7 y/o girl who I believe is dealing with PTSD after an incident a few months ago. I was dealing with my own PTSD fairly okay until her experience. I am now reliving and trying to handle my sh*t while keeping it "normal" for the sake of it all. I'd like to know if anyone has any thoughts on how  to let her know she's safe and how I can believe it...
