  I feel like I'm drowning in my emotions. My depression is so overwhelming I feel like it's suffocating me. I also have severe anxiety. I am medicated but nothing seems to get rid of my symptoms. Medication has helped and I have talked to my doctor about changing things but she's very reluctant to do so. I'm afraid I'm not mentally here enough for my children and husband. I'm trying to find my happy place, but all the things going on in my life are stopping me from reaching a happy place.

  I got caught stealing from Walmart. I regularly stole from them so I'm unsure what else they will find on camera to charge me with. I have felt tremendous guilt every time I have stolen anything, and the items keep getting bigger. The thrill is irresistible, and I enjoy it. However, after the adrenaline rush goes away I feel awful. I was raised better than this. It's almost like I can't stop myself when I get the urge and see an opportunity.
