Get help. Look for a therapist and make that appointment. It's not too late to turn your life around. It's going to be okay. You just need to talk to someone. Can't fix this particular thing you're going through on your own. You need to figure out why you have been doing the things you have been doing.
It may also help you legally, too, if the judge sees that you have started therapy.

My mental health symptoms have also proven to be med resistant. Oh, how I envy the folks who can pop their med cocktail and step out into a normal, satisfying life without ever looking more closely at the root causes.
In my own case, psychotherapy programs and peer support have proven to be the more effective treatment. Pro support has been valuable, but the peer support is far more comprehensive. My pros are like reference books that never leave the library. My peer supporters are the ones who are in the proverbial trenches with me and there to proactively help me translate the pro theories into real world action.
