  So lately I have been having off days. Long story short everyone in my house ended up with covid. I initially did very well taking Temps, giving medicine, etc. I was able to manage my anxiety through all of that. It's been a week and I am a mess. I keep feeling like I can't breathe like something bad is going to happen. I ended up in urgent care yesterday only to be told my ekg looked "absolutely perfect" and my lungs sound clear. My pulse ox was even 97/98. I felt embarrassed. I don't...

  So I'm now 3 therapy sessions in. Since starting it seems like I'm having some kind of symptom everyday. My shoulders, neck, and chest hurt and of course I think something is wrong with my heart. My therapist told me it's probably related to digging up all those feelings I've been carrying all these years. Other than the symptoms I can really tell how therapy is helping.   Since my last post about starting medicine I've been taking steps to keep pushing through the fog. I had my first therapy session last week. It went way better than when I tried to go last year. Yesterday I made it to the Christmas Parade. I started having second thoughts. I started feeling anxious lightheaded and feeling like I couldn't breathe but I stayed.   Since my last post my anxiety has completely spiraled out of control. Two days ago I ended up at urgent care. Scratching my head, bouncing my leg, feeling like I couldn't breathe, crying, fidgety the whole day. Looking back it's like it built up.
