As life went on, friendships changed, and now I find myself all alone, I'm an active older woman, and have one daughter. I was born & raised in New York City, but I love the country too. I'm pretty active & young at heart, I have lots of interests. I would love to make some new friends, would always have room for a new friend!

Oh I know the physco regime is horrible, and prices are still going up, He's threatened Iran so many times and they are not listening to him, so now they don't listen to him & he can't threaten them anymore. Idiot!! -

Now whenever I add my cover letter to the job application, I get a prompt saying "A i can fix it up even better". I've seen how A.i. fixes the resumes. When i read what A.i. writes, it doesn't sound like a human wrote it. I always refuse. -

Good you'll miss the walk @ Hell Depot, lol. Now you got ME calling it that! Yes I do a cover letter & add my resume. I haven't gotten any responses yet, But a headhunter saw my resume on indeed & wrote me if I wanted a Full time job. NO!!!! -

I don't have Amazon prime. Wow Project Hail Mary sounds like a great Sci-Fi movie. Maybe it'll come on demand, i'll have to look into it. This coming weekend "the End of Oak Street" is coming out & looks good to me. Maybe I'll go see that. -

How as Project Hail Mary movie? I'm fed up w/this Admin. too. Prices just keep rising. Gasoline is a fortune again due to you-know-who, and you know what that means, food prices will continue to go up. Soon we won't be able to afford to eat!! -

I applied for 2 customer service jobs working at home again, with LESS hours and NO WEEKENDS. This current job slowly eased me into working more, but on next interview I get I'll have to ask A LOT OF QUESTIONS about hours!! -

I don't use Linked In, or social media, I'm not even on FB. I apply through indeed & w/ my resume & cover letter, & I usually get call backs, just last one I didn't hear anything. I hope these 2 jobs call me, I applied on Sat, so I gotta give it time. -

Just finished watching "it came from Hollywood", so silly all the OLD film clips-monsters and aliens, those were the best!that was funny!! I looked at a 2 webinars but I don't have problem w/interviewing, I do good on interviews. Thanks for sending all! -

Wow that's awesome you don't have to take anxiety or depression meds. I had it so bad it was affecting my ability to work and in social situations too. I feel so much better now since I've been on meds since 2011. I had it really bad. -

My regular counselor is out she had surgery. I'm using a temp counselor now, I'll have to discuss this more w/the temp counselor. I applied for 2 more jobs yesterday that finally showed up on Indeed. Something's got to give soon. -

I feel so bad for people, I'm getting calls about not being able to pay their oil bills now, they get it for hot water heating & we also deliver propane for cooki. I feel so bad, and worst of all, it will only get worse when it starts getting colder out. -

Yeah my counselor thinks I'm getting too old to be working, i'll bet. She's not saying it, but I know what she's thinking. Seniors call every day that they can't pay their oil deliveries, we still deliver in the summer they use oil for hot water. -

Ok I'll check it out when I get home. I went out today, Friday to Kohls to pay my bill and it's excruitating hot out there. It's mostly the horrible humidity!! It's so hot I stopped in the library to cool off then I'll go to Kohls to pay the bill. -

Great you like the meditation classes. I wish I could relax to meditate!! I have anxiety problems which I take meds for. Also depression. What are your conditions? I'll bet your actually very smart & Could get a job, but you're scared of change.
