       I am starting my life back up to full speed. I would like to think that I can always do more, be better. I also have to recognize that I need time to myself to be able to unwind and let emotions/energy out, or time for the opposite; to energize, meditate and rejuvinate. if that makes sense.   I had a realization today that I can think of time as currncy in the fact that 15 minues is equal to a quarter  (dollar) or 25 % of an (hour), So, I am going to start to try and manage tasks in a 15 minute type fasion. the first time trying this is right now i am trying to type fast because I gave myself 15 minutes to do computer things check email file for unemplyment and journaling is what I am doing with my left over 7 munutes. so I wanted to make sure and concrete this idea becasue I am...

  I have been feeling like I really need to open up and talk about some of the intimate things in my life. like my on and off again relationship. I am gay so I don't know if my counselor will be okay with talking about it. I know that people shouldn't discriminate but that doesn't mean that they don't or that they don't have ideas or beliefs that I have any right contradicting.   I have a girlfriend that i have been on and off with for the past 3 years because of her addictions and relapses.
