I am starting my life back up to full speed. I would like to think that I can always do more, be better. I also have to recognize that I need time to myself to be able to unwind and let emotions/energy out, or time for the opposite; to energize, meditate and rejuvinate. if that makes sense. I guess it is all just a matter of self care and listening to my intuition when it comes to what I should be doing and for how long and things like that. If I study on the computer for too long I realize that I have to take a break and do something different to be able to come back to studying with a fresh mind and a new outlook. sometimes I will write a paper without stopping and then read it fast to edit and submit it only to later find out that it had way more mistakes and things I could have added or taken away and it was simply because I was worn out and burnt out on it and wasn't looking at it with fresh eyes. I see this is important when it comes to anything really. Too much of anything would make you hate it eventually. I am just kind of rambling but that is what a journal is for right?
I need to do this more. I have alot going on in my life right now and this is an extreamly important tool for my anxiety. stress and tendency to overthink.
