  I am 25 and no friends. It is hard to be adult and do adult things. And lack of vocabulary because of my learning disability. I am reading books that are somewhat easy to read but still frustrating . And trying to talk to people is hard care I am afraid of getting judged. I am not religious and prefer not to be so no preaching please.

  Hi I am new here. I have monophobia that my parent will leave me and I will end up being alone in my life. I am 25 and  have a learning disability and need help understand life. The most hard problems is understanding people and paperwork. I am not religious and prefer not to be. So please no preaching. I live alone and have a part time job.   I have a porn addiction since I was in middle school and it's taking me a long time to get over it. I am an atheist i'm not really spiritual I don't believe in a higher power I need some help and some ideas to get over this addiction. I was wondering if anyone is the same as me and how did they got over it.
