  Went to doctor a couple days ago and was told I have diabetes. Like seriously I asked and the answer was yes. Ok so here I am. Taking Metformin twice a day and not really knowing what I am doing.I often hear it's a good idea to take someone to the doctor with you and I can see why. I really don't remember much about the visit. I guess I was kind of dazed after hearing the news.So I have sore fingers now from checking my sugar levels and it seems like above 200 is the normal for me before...

  Monday morning and here I sit again feeling like the weight of the world is going to crush me. Kids are are in their virtual classes and baby is taking a morning nap and I am sitting here trying to figure out why I am experiencing such anxiety. Feel like I am living in a house of cards and they are going to collapse. Dont even know why. Why do i have these thoughts and why do I obsess over them.Over the weekend it was not so bad.   Its so exhausting going through life constantly obsessing over everything. Living in a state of fear and worry. Life is so difficult and I sadly am not very good at it. I have been this way forever as far back as I can remember.  Something as simple as leaving the house brings so much anxiety. Not even sure why. All of this covid 19 stuff has giving me the excuse to stay home alot and I honestly could stay home forever. I work from home and only leave the confines of my home on Fridays to do...
