  This is a decent app that has short informative readings. You can listen to a blink for free each day and ( if you wish) you can pay to have unlimited access. i listen to free blinks that are uplifting and positive.

  I am so tired of the anxiety rollercoaster. Start the day and anxiety starts to build. take a xanax... feel normal for a while. Later in the day, anxiety builds to the extreme level again. Take another xanax and feel normal for a few more hours. bedtime comes and i take a zoplodem so i can sleep. Wake up. Repeat.

  Anyone ever tried ketamine treatment. it's available here but 500 plus per treatment. Minumum of six treatments. its for depression but has anyone with anxiety ever tried it?

  Has anyone tried this medication? i read it has shown promise for treating phobias. I'd like to know if it helps with general anxiety.

  Yesterday was a pretty good day. I hope i can replicate it today. Dreamt about searching desperately through readers digest ( of all things ) for an article on a drug for anxiety i read about somewhere. The dream woke me up. Talk about vivid dreams!
