Hey all. Day 17 of Zoloft; started at 25mg and am currently on my 10th day of 50mg. I woke up in the middle of the night with a weird sensation; a very brief, almost migrane-like headache in the back right side of my head. It only lasts a moment, but it comes and goes throughout the day. Could this be brain zaps? Anyone else experience anything like this? Of course, I'm freaking out because of my health anxiety, so I'm doing my best to stay calm. I thought I was past the side effects already so it kinda caught me off guard.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.

How are you doing on the Zoloft? Do you notice anything yet? It can take over 4 weeks to get the benefit of it.
If this is a med you genuinely need to be on, just stick it out. You're not alone. There are lots of other people on this med and they are fine. You will also be fine. DO NOT GOOGLE YOUR SYMPTOMS. I know you are :)
