Its thanksgiving weekend here in canada. Our son and his family will be over to visit over supper.

I miss our other son and his family due to the disagreement a long time ago with my daughter in law - I never would have thought that a minor disagreement would have caused the anger she has toward us. It really causes me deep sadness. 

Oh well, i will enjoy seeing family any way i can and whoever is willing to visit  

i take xanax upon waking nowadays as the anxiety starts immediately upon waking  its a blessing for me but i know i have to do all i can to overcome this thing by other means as well
