Yesterday was a pretty good day. I hope i can replicate it today. Dreamt about searching desperately through readers digest ( of all things ) for an article on a drug for anxiety i read about somewhere. The dream woke me up. Talk about vivid dreams!

Talking about dreams one night I.was dreaming that I was being pulled out of bed into a wall.when I.woke up I had finger marks brushing on my arm.now I can't explain. It . strange .

Yes, I've had dreams where books are chasing me down the hall. Of course, this is after several days of sorting through large piles of books into mystery, romance, adventure/action, science, crafts, youth, and early readers.
Our mind often helps us to relieve pressure thoughts through dreams. Interesting is the ones we remember.
