Hi everybody,I've been smoking marijuana several times a day, I would say 7-8 joints usually, for the past 2 years and it really affected my personality and mentality over the time, that's why I want to stop smoking. Lately, I've been able to only smoke 2-3 times a day and already feel a change in my mood, my thinking is much clearer, I'm not as slow as I was even a month ago, name it...The thing is, I want to stop smoking for good but I can't even sleep if i haven't had any marijuana to smoke...

Hi everybody, I'm writing this today to see if someone could help me get over my Internet addiction. I'm constantly on social medias or someplace on the Internet and I struggle a lot to find other things to do and also don't have the motivation to do other stuff than just laying in bed consuming Internet all day. I hope some of you can give me tips on how to stop being on the Internet so often and maybe some hobbies that take your mind off of it.Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,I've always struggled a lot with my time management skills, I'm a very big procrastinator, and lately it's been even worse because of my anxiety problems and I feel like getting things done everyday would help me to relieve a lot of stress.Looking forwards to your tips!
