  I found this group to be helpful when my mom was going through her most recent manic episode last month. She had not had one for over 10 years and it was interesting to experience it as a 25 year old rather than a child. When talking to my therapist I told her that reading other people’s stories made me realize I had it fairly easy and that it could have been much worse.
