  Hi everyone,I don't know if this is exactly the right place for this but I don't know what to do. For the longest time I was sitting at about 150 pounds to 155 pounds and am somewhere between 5'7" and 5'8", female. My family is a muscular bunch so most of my weight was muscle. I hit the later part of the year after turning 23 and I gained weight, going to a norm of about 165 pounds and still looked good.
