  Just starting, again

  Just starting to try to get in shape again. Last week, a cervical disc started to bulge. A few weeks ago, it was a lumbar disc. If I don't get stronger, I will be screwed and headed for more spinal surgery. I need to strengthen. I would love to get rid of my gut that is causing me some huge body image issues.I started soing down dog yesterday. Both restorative yoga and barre. 10 minutes each. We shall see how well I do with them. I will slowly increase. Here goes nothing!
