  i don't know whats going on but i thought this group might help. I havn't slept in two days and can't sleep because basically last night i saw a spider crawl on my bed and that night i stood up in the same place until sunlight because i did't want to touch a spider and now i'm lying in my bed sweating because i'm scared of spiders which sounds so ridiculous but i don't know what to do because i'm haulucinating because i hav't slept and i still can't, any tips?

  i don't know if i have insomnia but i guessed people on this group miht be able to help. I have pulled three all nighters in the past four days and havn't slept in two days and i am exhausted but my mind won't let me sleep. Any tips?
