  im constantly having panic attacks. I have so many a day that they are controlling my life. I tried every natural route and am back in medication but the medication isn’t doin much. My doctor raised the strength on my medication. My husband and I are working to find a  psychiatrist for me to see. Other than that we are both at a loss as what to do. We have prayed about it. Anyone have any suggestions for what we can try or do?

  I married my husband knowing his past and knowing that there would be restrictions on what we can and can’t do. My husband served for 15 years and his probation is 20 or so. How do you get over knowing that you can’t just spontaneously go on vacation   Or stay out past curfew without permission?  What do you do when people find out? I’m not ashamed of my husband by any means, I love him dearly but people don’t take kindly to sex offenders.
