Second, remember this is just a BAD SEASON of anxiety. It has not been this way your entire life, nor will it be this way the rest of your life. This season will pass! I went through a horrible season of anxiety recently, but I believe it is starting to lift! What helped? You just did one of the things I do to cope with that no-vucking-fair fact. Reaching out for support in places like this one doesn't fix anything by itself, but it often leads me to remedies that do work. Hope you find that, as well.
Welcome to DS.
