  I can't stop crying... In so much pain emotionally.. I literally have no life. My son isn't living with me ajympre and rhere is this deep saddness in meI just got done punching my thighs really hard.. ashamed I hurt myself but had to release that anger and hurt inside of me but I'm at my parents house and so depressed...It's next to impossible to cpparent with my son's dad :( idk how to handle the pain and he's so mentally abusive ..

  I'm sorry to keep posting but I was told it's healthy to vent so here I go again..Woke up today just feeling so blah.. so depressed. How do you all find energy to move on when you feel so stuck?I really appreciate the support. I wish I had more support outside of daily strength.

  Hi guys. I'm desperately trying to hang in there. This pain is almost unbearable. I miss my life before my mental break down. I've been seeking help since July and my sons father won't let me take him even for a weekend. Before my breakdown, my son lived with me...13 whole years.. no  I wasn't a perfect mom but I was a decent one. Now my boy lives with his evil father who is pretty mentally abusive towards me... He will only let me see our son at his home.. unfortunately I have no-one else...

  I'm in so much pain, emotionally. I can't seem to shake it off.I miss my son. I miss my life before my mental break down...My sons living with his father now...an evil man who won't let me take him for a weekend... I have been getting help for 5 months but no, he still won't let me take our son who is 13.I don't know what to do anymore. I'm so lost without my son... He lived with me for 13 years.. we share a very close bond.. Now I feel helpless and hopeless because I can only see him...

  Hi guys..So I've told the story before but will tell it again.In July I had my first mental break down ever. This caused me to be in a state of psychosis. I was delusional and hallucinating a little. It didn't last long. It was super scary and unfortunately my son, age 13, witnessed some of it.   My thoughts are telling me i am a horrible person and parent. That I'm not good enough. Long story short, my son went to stay with his dad while I was in the hospital for a mental break down. I've been getting help. I want him to live back with me but his father doesn't want him to. He says our son listens better now and is doing much better in school. I feel empty to the point where I barely go home because of that feeling. I miss my son so much.Idk what to do. Idk how to stay strong with...
