  I've been on many anxiety medications for 10+ years and I have made the decision to come off of the one I am taking. I am taking 50mg of pristiq and I am working with my psychiatrist and therapist. Unfortunately, it's not easy to come off these medications. I'm on 25mg now for about a week and a half, maybe two weeks.   I think the title says it all. Long time sufferer of anxiety and panic attacks. Recently my panic attacks have been more frequent and they happen when I drive.   Hi all, this is my second post this week which quite rare for me. I've been stuck in this anxiety/panic cycle that seems to be more extra than usual.   Today was a bad day. I got my booster shot on Saturday and since then I've been feeling poopy. I had an enormous panic attack today in the middle of teaching! This. Never.Happens.   I have tried many many tools and treatments to help with my panic attacks and anxiety. Yesterday I tried a weed edible specifically for anxiety (I got it from a weed dispensary in my area). Oh my word was that the worst thing I could have done! My anxiety has been fairly higher than usual so I decided to try the edible yesterday.
