Today, is a realy hard day for me. As I have many family memmber that served our beautiful Nation. This day remind me of them and the real battles they had to face. My great grandfather passed away just two years ago. He was in the U.S. Air Force for over 10 years then went into the marrines for another 20 years. He walked MILES every morning with his dog. Well, I've been on and off a strong antidepressants for the last few months. This has me losing me mind. I work in fast food and its VERY hard to handle my anxiety! 1. Planning out medicationThis is verry stressful for most disabled people. Planning out even just ONE week of medications could take up hours to plan and if its not done correclty their symptoms WILL worsen.2. Being disrespected by cab driversI understand complexes could be complicated and confusing. But if they call and I give them EXACY directions multiple times. Their not the ones that should be upset. Yelling and leaving without me. Leaving me home to miss my doctors appointment...

I heard they do all different kinds of things to help you to remember the most horrifying parts of your life. I will be undergoing EMDR in 34 more days. You see I am also arthritic and have to give up my main medication to go through this. I am 26 days clean from my medical marijuana. I use it for pain relief.
