  After losing my partner 3yrs ago, I find it to be very hard without him. A lot has happened since then. I had to retire due to a disability and don't even know if I want to ever date again. maybe it is just the lack of confidence and feeling Im not able to love again.

  Hello, my name is Kenya and I'm new here. I'm struggling with my PTSD diagose. I thought only people in the service gets this. I'm looking for people that are newly diagnosed or had it for a long time. I just thought maybe somebody can give me some successful coping ideas. My aren't working. Also looking for some support from other people that have it. I don't have support right now, other than my weekly therapy session.
