  I been on here before but I stop coming on here but I’m back because I really want help. I still continue to lie and I’m ruining everything in my life I lie to get myself out trouble. I lie to make other happy I lie so people won’t be disappointed in me. I lie to fit in I lie about everything. I have a baby on the way I’m currently still lying to my girlfriend about another girl I have lie so much over my life im hurt I fed people so many lies im in current situation and I don’t know...

  me and my girlfriend got into arguemnt about some guy and even tho she was wrong for what she was doing . I took to far i told her alot of hurtful things like i never wanted see her again i didnt mean it she's carry my baby she's pregnant i was so mad and upset i was shakng and just ready do something dumb this was all over text i wasnt next to her or nothing but shes really hurt by things i said . Is there anything i can do and mean time to learn how control my anger ? so this wont happen...

  i wanna know how do i remove toxic people out of my life that are family and close people to you like freinds . i love them to death but i know there not good for me and i wanna move them but i dont know how without hurting them . i dont know the right words to say to them after i just cut them out of my life . because i never want people mad at me so i try please everyone and seem like no one never happy and nobody can help me when i need the help .

  sometimes when i get angry or mad i just flip out i say these i dont mean . i throw things across the room i intend to break stuff i walk off instead of staying talking to my girl . i dont wanna be like that nomore i wanna be able control my anger and be better person for my girl . but how can i do that with my anger ? if anyone can help me please comment ....
