Anger Management Support Group
Anger management commonly refers to therapeutic techniques by which someone with excessive or uncontrollable anger can control or reduce their emotions. Typical examples include the use of deep breathing and meditation as a means to relaxation. Psychologists recommend a balanced approach, which both controls the emotion and allows it to express itself in a healthy way.
If you're serious about wanting to get help you could call your Counties Social Services office and see where and if they offer Anger Management Classes. They should be able to help point you in the right direction.

they didn't have good examples of how to express their emotions as they were growing up through important development years, they didn't learn that you can talk through anger, or you can Journal through anger, or you can take a time out and go walk off the anger and then come back and talk about the problem that caused it. There are many different ways to express emotions, but you have to be taught those as your growing up, or you have to have good examples around you to mimic and learn from...that's how children learn and develop.

their may be some emotional/mental issues going on that keeps you from expressing your anger in a safe healthy way. Sometimes Depression or anxiety, ADD, the frustration that some of these issues cause, things like that can cause Anger Issues.
Its hard to know exactly what causes it until you go see a Psychiatrist and let them diagnose you and help you figure out healthy new coping skills so you can work through your anger without blowing up. Its not like its your fault and your doing it on purpose, there's something causing it, and when you find out what that something is, then you learn ways to work it out and deal with it.
I'm sure dealing with anger that way is exhausting and frustrating for you, my oldest son had ADD when he was younger, and when he was in high school he could work up a pretty good temper. He put more than one fist through a wall. But he had a good Psychologist who helped him learn more constructive ways to deal with his anger.
The important thing to remember is, it can get better, and your not a bad guy, you just need to find out the "why" and then learn the "how" and things get better.
