I'm a habitual liar

My name is Ryan im a habitual liar . I lied about everything to hide from the truth and to get people like me . I lied because I get what I want and in the mix of all lying I have done it is now causeing me to loose the people that mean most to me . I lied to my girlfriend and now I believe she's backing away from me I don't wanna be liar no more because I don't wanna lose my girlfriend and family I have been lying since 8 years old I wanna change I need help and I'm asking if you can help me because I don't wanna be liar no more .
