  My anxiety has been controlled for a decent amount of time.  It comes and goes but each time it feels new.  I've had the passenger for 23 years now.  Im having a hard time.  No sleep, nauseous, chest tight, etc...I have to work in 4 hours and I am afraid I will have a bad attack.  Help....

  Right before thanksgiving I got a flu.  I self quarantined and the moderate flu symptoms passed in a few days.  Just some fatigue remained.  Well almost 2 months later and I am still fatigued.  I also developed some issues similar to a uti or enlarged prostate.  Frequent urinating and sense of incomplete bladder emptying.  I have also felt pretty nauseous as well regularly and have had some gerd flare ups. Went to the doctor and had full blood work done including psa for prostate...

  I've been in sn anxious state for about a month now.  But had my first full blown panic attack in a while a couple hours ago.  Geeeez...they don't really get easier even though you've had them before.  I've suffered with GAD and PD for over 20 years off and on and well...it sucks.  I managed to pull out of it with some mindfulness but this one called for an emergency as needed medication.  It is quite depressing to feel as though you've taken one step forward and two steps back.  I'm now...

  It actually started last night but I just woke with pretty intense anxiety/panic.  I have that breathing thing that it seems irregular or shallow and I am certainly hyper aware of it.  I was feeling relatively well yesterday but now I'm a complete mess.  I'm a 43 year old male and I've suffered with anxiety/panic for over 20 years off and on.  I have the tunnel vision, lightheadedness and intrusive thoughts.  This is just awful.  I'm a small business owner and I just can't even function....

  Has anyone ever experienced high sustained levels of anxiety throughout the entire night.  Mine came out of the blue and was not even touched by my emergency xanax.  I'm not anxious about anything in particular,  blood pressure is good.  I just have that in the verge of panic feeling, no sleep.  Awful...I've suffered off and on for many years so I am aware of getting caught in an anxious state but it's been like 10 hours of relentless sustaining anxiety at like a level 8/10.  This is the...
