Generally a lover of life. Like most of us, Covid and the ugliness of the world right now has gotten me down. My norm was so challenged, I lost touch with myself, my emotions and my faith. Working hard to get these balanced again. I love the idea of community support online right now, as the state of the world has left even our communities fractured over fear and anxiety.
