Right before thanksgiving I got a flu. I self quarantined and the moderate flu symptoms passed in a few days. Just some fatigue remained. Well almost 2 months later and I am still fatigued. I also developed some issues similar to a uti or enlarged prostate. Frequent urinating and sense of incomplete bladder emptying. I have also felt pretty nauseous as well regularly and have had some gerd flare ups. Went to the doctor and had full blood work done including psa for prostate infection. Also 2 urinalysis tests. My blood work was absolutely perfect. Urinalysis culture showed no infection whatsoever. I also had a covid antibodies test which was negative. I was also just slightly low on my testosterone count but it was borderline. Anyways, my anxiety has been ramped up pretty high. Multiple attacks and I frankly just don't feel good at all. Poor appetite poor sleep poor energy etc....I have suffered with anxiety/panic for 20 years off and on and obviously anxiety has the potential to amplify everything. Any words of wisdom? I'm feeling pretty drained after a couple months of feeling unwell...

I haven't written in my diary on my computer since May because I thought that my computer was dying. I got away from writing but my computer is hanging in there. I think that I will start writing in it again. It's so therapeutic.

Years ago, I won a mirrored armoire from my job. It's in my bedroom but I rarely stand in front of it. Yesterday, I had to have a dexascan done so I had to change into a gown. There was a full length mirror in the changing room. I'm aware that I gained 5 to 7 pounds over the last year from cheating on Keto but I didn't know what it looked like. It was a reality check.
Wish I had easy answers for all of us. We are going to be a long time digging our ways out of this hole we are in. Wish I felt safe enough to *stay* safe.
With no end in sight for the Coronaville antics, my best guess is to vent openly and honestly in hopes of finding coping mechanisms.
Healing hopes for all. No exceptions.
We move less when we feel 'off', so to get back into a better routine after all that less movement, takes work.
Best wishes as you find your better balance and continue to recover your comfort zone.
