Woke up today panicking again what if what if so hard man to stop these intrusive thoughts I just wanted to wake up man and have a good day but no as soon as I awoke worried worried worried about things that haven’t even happened once again I’m tripping onwhat if I can’t pay the rent this year what if I get kicked out And I don’t have time to find a new apartment where do I go do I have to sell all my stuff That’s what I’ve been going through all morning finally I just jumped out of bed and went to go put gas in the car then I got home and I ate some oatmeal and a banana and just try to wish away My thoughts they are somewhat gone right now but I’m scared to death right now OK just thought I would share my feelings today in my experience hope everybody’s having a fantastic day

Sometimes, I think I have ODD. I can be oppositional. It seems that the only times that I feel like cleaning are when I should be doing something else or I have to go somewhere. What I try to do when negative thoughts try to haunt me is to simply push them away by distracting myself. I will do chores, listen and sing to music, call someone, read or listen to a book. I try to be productive and keep busy so my mind cant control me. What hobbies can you turn to when your thoughts are out of control? You could also try questioning your thought patterns. It helps you identify why the thoughts are irrational.

Making music is one of my channeling tools, as well. Listening is a spectator sport and not too effective for me, but I can channel my whole soul into making music.
