  i dont think i can do this anymore. im so overwhelmed with everything but also like cant find the energy to do anything which is making me flip out because im getting nothing done. i cut for the first time in almost 2 months the other day and i kind of want to cut again tonight. i think im slipping back into my old self and idk what to do about it. im so scared rn.

  i just found out that my school psychologist is not coming back. She knows more about me than anyone else, and she understands me. im so sick of people leaving me. everybody either leaves, dies, or hurts you. dont trust anyone. because the second you do, they will leave. im done. i cant do this anymore.

  i woke up this morning feeling good about myself. i looked in the mirror and for the first time in a long time, i didn't feel bad about my body. Then, my mother decided to take away my car just because she could. She said the only way to get it back was to apologize. I apologized even though i didnt know what i was sorry for.   my drama club coach is amazing. i had a flashback tonight during rehersal and she walked me to the bathroom and helped me calm down. ive known her for most of my life and she is the only person who has ever done that for me.
