  i've been depressed for as long as i can remember, and i'm just really done with it. things are just steadily getting worse, and it shows no sign of stopping anytime soon. everything is meaningless and the only reason i'm still breathing is because i'm afraid of brain/nerve damage if a suicide attempt went wrong. i don't remember what it's like to be happy. i still laugh sometimes, and i can still enjoy things but there's always a layer of pain underneath it all. i'm just so broken. i'm either...

  i feel really stupid saying this, but whenever i talk to someone i don't know, even if i'm just ordering food or paying for something i just completely lose my voice?? i have to clear my throat, and even then i can't really make it louder bc it just goes into a whisper or a mumble and no one can hear me and it's exceptionally embarrassing and i hate it.it's especially terrible bc i actually love people and being around them and talking, i'm very extroverted i'm just horribly shy. dunno how to...
