  Hi, I'm new to the group. I feel so hopeless! My PMS symptoms start about 10 days before my period and they're ruining my life. The fatigue and cramps are the worst. They interfere with my job and home life. I'm on the pill, Wellbutrin, Celexa, Chasteberry, Magnesium, Calcium and B vitamins. If I had enough PTO I'd have a hysterectomy. What else can I do??
