  At thanksgiving everyone was shocked by the appearance of my aunt, her weight loss and the obviously serious side effects of her medication.  She's given injectable Invega which apparently is for schizoaffective disorder although we've read that can be a common misdiagnosis.  She definitely is bipolar, mostly manic with occasional brief psychotic episodes when unmedicated.  She really needs different meds, hopefully with the least amount of side effects.  I believe she has taken Depakote...
