Anyone else have an increase of symptoms after exercise? I'm 26 years old and before getting lyme I did yoga and went to the gym fairly regularly and had no issues. For the past few weeks I have tried to be active about once a week and I have an increase in symptoms for the following few days. This weekend I vacuumed my small apartment and did some other similar tasks and my symptoms have been back since then. I took my last dose of antibiotics yesterday so I was hoping that it would be...

Hi everyone.Today I received some lab results back saying it is likely that I have Lyme Disease. I'm feeling so many things right now and am not sure where to turn.First, I'm very confused. How could I have gotten Lyme? I don't hike in the woods or in tall grass. I have sat on mowed grass in a park but I thought that was safe? Does Lyme ever go away?
