  Hi I'm new here and was hoping for some advice. I'm a really anxious person and sometimes I have these episodes that are usually triggered by some sort of stress but I'm not really sure if it qualifies as a panic attack. Physically, I sometimes sweat, my heart races, and it's a little hard to breathe. Mentally I just feel this unexplainable feeling of dread and worry and can't take my mind off of what's causing me to feel so anxious and all of the worst case scenarios that could arise from it....

  Hello! I'm new here and wanted to see if anyone had some advice and if this could even be considered insomnia. It takes me at least an hour to fall asleep almost every night - sometimes longer when I'm feeling stressed. If I ever wake up in the middle of the night, which doesn't happen often, then I'm awake for over an hour and sometimes just can't go back to sleep at all.   Hi, I'm new here. I was and maybe still am, emotionally abused. This is all fairly new to me.
